We don’t actually offer any trial period for our software.
We always explain in great detail the strategy behind each product so that you know precisely what you can expect from them: good and bad. We also usually publish forward tests showing the performance of the strategy so that you can freely assess its features.
Refund is granted only in very exceptional cases like for technical issues (as an example: our software doesn’t work on your platform and we are not able to help you solve the problem).
We strongly advice to test each strategy for at least one or two months before deciding if it’s good or not. That should be made using the suggested settings and leverage.
In any case, if you’re not satisfied with the product you bought please first contact us so we can find a solution together.
